From the date of purchase, DIVOOM's provides a three months warranty on parts, one year warranty on labor, and three years of maintenance service for all its products.
If the product malfunctions under conditions of normal use within three months of the date of purchase, and there is no external damage to the product casing, then the defective product may be exchanged for a new one (excluding packaging). If the product's external appearance has been damaged, then repair service will be provided.

If any problems occur during use of the product, and are not the result of human error, then DIVOOM's will provide repair service free of charge up to one year from the purchase date.

Beginning from the date of purchase, DIVOOM guarantees three years of maintenance service for its entire line of products.
